Community Plates is a platform that rescues healthy food from grocery stores and restaurants that would otherwise end up in the dumpster and delivers it directly to food pantries and soup kitchens. Community Plates is almost entirely volunteer-driven, so any time you can give means the difference between being able to take advantage of food rescue opportunities or not. Food Runners are in high-demand, those are the folks that get the food from here to there. Community Plates will make sure you are safe, well-trained and your time is used effeciently and effectively!
